- Delivery Timelines: Deliveries are typically completed in less than 48 hours, however due to unavoidable circumstances delays may occur. However, you will be notified and updated accordingly from the staff
- Express Service: Express Service for urgent deliveries is charged additionally based on how early you require the clothes. It varies from 50% to 100% based on urgency
- Free Delivery: Free delivery for orders above Rs. 350 and within 4Kms radius.
- Pricing: Our prices may vary from the website after evaluating the type of garment at store. The final price will be given in the store.
- No Liability: We accept no liability for any loss or damage due to fire or burglary at the store
- Garment Collection: Please note that garments to be collected within 15 days, post which OneStop will not be responsible for any loss. However, we will keep your clothes properly.
- Garment Care: While our experts handle your garments with the utmost care, OneStop is not responsible for issues such as color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to embroidery and other delicate work.
- Damage Compensation: If any damage happens due to mishandling of article while dry cleaning, we will pay upto 10X of the service charge for dry cleaning for that article. No damage is covered in laundry service
- Promotional activities: We may use images of your articles for our promotions
- Our laundry and dry cleaning processes involve the use of emulsifiers, softeners, detergents, lagoon technology, hydro, and solvents.
